Using Dies material DIN-2714 for closed die forging & H11/H12/H13 for press forging.
Dies for Forging, Trimming die-Punch & Cold Coining are making on VMC.
After completed of Die checked 100% dimensionally by LAYOUT INSPECTION on POP sample.
By POP sample, making trimming die & Verify Punch
Chemical Analysis done at NABL laboratory other testing like Mechanical Test, Metallurgical test etc.
Raw material round & square are arrange in rack with identified by Heat code, section & colour code on both end along the length to avoid mix-up
Cut blanks are done on Billet shearing machine & band saw machine.
Cutting is the process done to cut the raw materials as per the required Cut weight of Components.
Cut blanks are heated by Induction and upset for Press forging, Controlled Temperature Oil/Gas fired furnace for Hammer forging, Ring rolling Temp.: 1150° C-1250° C. (Based on m grade).
Forgings operations are performed with hammers & presses includes bending, upsetting, rolling which execute in one heating cycle to gather with finish forging.
Subsequent Trimming/Piercing operation to remove excess material is done on Power Press.
Forging undergoes Normalizing, Annealing, and Stress relieving as per Validate Temperature & time cycle.
GCF Heat treatment furnaces to carry out various types of heat treatment processes like Normalizing, Annealing, and Stress relieving, ISO- annealing facilities.
Forging surface De-scaling operation is done by shot blasting machine.
Using proper grade of shots to avoid pit marks & embossed marking.
100% fettling is done for flash projection, trimming burr etc.
